These terms apply when you use the Silk Road Saffron website or purchase directly from it. Silk Road Saffron is operated by Mujtaba Razmi as a sole trader (ABN 92 262 551 809), based in Sydney, New South Wales.

Store use

You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or other users. Product and website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Product information

We take reasonable care with product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Screen colours, natural agricultural variation and packaging changes may cause minor differences. Laboratory results describe the sample identified in the published report and are not a permanent guarantee for every future shipment.

Saffron sold on this site is a food product. Website content is general culinary and product information, not medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through the methods shown at checkout. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price or listing error is material, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Delivery

Delivery areas, processing times, prices and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Returns and remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Wholesale and business supply

Wholesale, own-brand, formulation and recurring supply may be subject to a separate written quote, specification, invoice or supply terms. Those written terms apply in addition to these website terms and prevail to the extent of a direct inconsistency.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may link to or use third-party payment, delivery, review, analytics or social services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
