Our saffron is 100% pure Grade 1 Super Negin Afghan saffron, sourced ethically from women-led cooperatives in Afghanistan.
Each product is packaged in Australia under strict quality control standards.

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in colour, aroma, or packaging may occur due to the natural characteristics of saffron.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted payment gateways.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information to ensure successful order delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.

  • Once shipped, Silk Road Saffron is not responsible for delays or issues caused by postal or courier services.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of saffron as a consumable product, we do not accept returns once the packaging seal is broken.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@silkroadsaffron.com.au with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
