At Silk Road Saffron Pty Ltd, we take pride in offering the world’s finest, 100% pure Afghan Super Negin saffron, carefully packed in Australia.
Because saffron is a consumable product, and for quality and hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of saffron, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or unsealed jars

Used or partially used saffron

Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage
However, we’re committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

2. Refunds
Once we review your claim and confirm the issue, we will:

Offer a replacement (sent at no extra cost), or

Issue a refund to your original payment method (depending on the situation)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

Check your bank or PayPal account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage.
5. Shipping for Returns (If Applicable)
If we request that an item be returned (for inspection or quality assurance), we’ll provide return instructions by email.
